DESCRIPTION描述

BIOFILM  423C is  a  new generation  polymer, characterized  by  a medium  adhesion  degree. In

contact with the warm surface of the Yankee cylinder it creates a strong protective layer, extremely

elastic, very  well tolerating  the moisture peaks  then guaranteeing  an uniform  and homogeneous

coverage, reflected in the produced tissue paper quality.

Coating agent designed to protect the modern Yankee cylinder while  producing tissue papers, with

all the pulp types; excellent with both long and short fibres and also in productions with Recycled or

Deinked pulp.

BIOFILM 423C is  made of raw  materials which comply  to FDA (CFR 21 176.170, 176.0180), BfR

XXXVI and Italian law D.M. 21/02/73.

BIOFILM 423C原料已通过意大利法律认证。

USE用法

Use: the  product can  be  directly  applied on  the  Yankee  cylinder’s surface  by  means  of a  proper

diluting central unit and a specific spraying bar.

用法：此产品可通过合适的混合装置以及喷淋装置直接用于烘缸表面。

Dosage: dosage is generally between 0,5 - 1 Kg per ton of produced paper.

用量：每吨纸用量一般在 0.5-1kg。

Handling: see safety data sheet. Use main cautions which concern the use of chemical products.

Standard packaging in kg: drums of 200, tanks of 1000.

标准包装：每小桶 200kg，每大桶 1000kg。

Storage: maintain a storage temperature between 5°C and 35°C. Prevent freezing and direct

sunlight. Packaging must be kept well closed. Avoid storage periods longer than 12 months.

储存：在温度 5-35 °C下储存，避免冰冻以及阳光直射，需密封包装，避免储存超过 12个月。
