Degassing defoamer

PRONAL AIREX-2700 is a degassing agent for papermaking. It is easy to be used in acidic and neutral papermaking. The gas removal from fibers in Papermaking Engineering can improve the speed of the product. It is a useful product for promoting dehydration, increasing retention, improving sizing degree and stable operation of paper machine. It can be safely used in the production of food packaging materials.

[Product performance]

1. Not only the early defoaming ability is excellent, but also the degassing and anti-foaming ability is excellent.

2. The water-soluble degassing, defoaming and anti-foaming effects are excellent in the temperature range of 45-60 ~C.

3. Adding only a small amount also has a strong defoaming effect, so it is very economical.

4. Significant reduction of resin and sediment problems, so does not affect the sizing effect.

5. Dehydration and retention can be increased by removing bubbles in paper.

6. The stable operation of paper machine and the improvement of speed bring about the improvement of production.



[Method of use]

1. Raw or diluent can be used and can be fully dispersed when online mixer is used.

2. Proper addition of 0.02-0.1% of dry pulp did not affect sizing effect at all.

3. When using on-line mixer, it is better to add a few parts at the front of the parts where more bubbles are produced, such as headbox, pulp groove of paper machine and pulp pump.

4. When there is no on-line mixer, it is better to add in the low slurry concentration parts such as mixing pump.

5. When adding products, it is better to add them on or below the water surface as far as possible.

6. When PRONAL-AIREX 3000 is used in food packaging materials, according to German food addition regulations, the maximum use of absolute dry pulp is 0.3%.



[Packaging and storage]

1. Packaging: 200 kg polyethylene drum, 1000 kg drum.

2. Freezing should be prevented in winter and stored at 4-30 C.

3. This product should avoid direct light and be kept in cool, dry and ventilated places. It should be used in storage order first
