Its main research and development, production, and sales include pulp and paper additives, etherification agents, reverse osmosis circulating water treatment agents, and electrolytic aluminum industry additives. It has passed ISO9001 management system certification.

Shandong Main Chemical Co., Ltd. has a research and development cooperation relationship with the State Key Laboratory of Biomass of Qilu University of Technology/Chemical Laboratory of Shandong Normal University/DuPont Enzyme Engineering Laboratory of the United States, which provides the source power for the innovation of Main chemical products.

The production subsidiary Shandong Main New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the north section of Zhenxing Avenue, Provincial Chemical Industry Park, Yucheng City, Dezhou City. It has complete qualifications for safety and environmental assessment, and has 7 sets of production equipment and complete laboratories/offices.

In order to further improve service response speed, Shandong Main Chemical Co., Ltd. has established 6 offices in China, including Baoding, Hebei, Fushun, Liaoning, Xinmi, Henan, Quzhou, Zhejiang, Jiangmen, Guangdong, and Chongzuo, Guangxi.
