Introduction of MP20 Products

MP-20 is a new generation of bromine-containing liquid oxidizing bactericide produced by American patent technology. As a breakthrough product in the fungicide industry, MP20 completely overcomes the shortcomings of the existing oxidation/non-oxidation fungicide products in the market in the aspects of bactericidal performance, product stability, safety and operation convenience.

II. MECHANISM OF MP20

MP20 is a novel bromide-containing compound, which can release HOBR and HOCI in water. HOBR and HOCI can oxidize enzymes that play a metabolic role in microorganisms (fungi) and terminate their metabolism so as to completely kill microorganisms. Because of the different releasing rates of HOBR and HOCI in water, the released HOCI can re-oxidize BR into HOBR, which further strengthens the bactericidal effect and reduces the consumption of fungicides.

3. Product Characteristics of MP20

Safety MP20 is a stable bactericide. It is safe and convenient to use and store. It completely avoids the leakage and burning accidents caused by chlorine and isothiazolidone (MIT) bactericides.

Efficient MP20 has excellent killing effect on bacteria, fungi and algae, and has strong control and peeling ability on biological slime and biofilm.

Environmental protection MP20 belongs to non-toxic grade, easy to degrade, normal use without emission restrictions, and has little impact on the environment.

5. MP20 Application Area/Usage Method

1. MP20 can be used in industrial circulating water cooling system, industrial direct current water system, sewage treatment system, sewage reuse system, paper machine, pulping system.

2. MP20 can be continuously/intermittently fed by metering pump, or impactively fed.

VI. Packaging and Storage

It is packed in 25KG/200KG plastic barrel, prevents sunshine and rain during transportation, ventilates and dries under 35 C to avoid freezing, and has a shelf life of six months.
