Defoamer

MK-805 defoamer is used for controlling foam in wheat straw, reed, bamboo and reclaimed pulping black liquor washing line. It has excellent alkali resistance, shear resistance, good stability in black liquor system and no gel generation. The addition of less amount can play an excellent anti foam effect, widely used in the pulp production process of foam control and elimination.

III. Usage

1. The metering pump can be directly added to the required defoaming system. The recommended dosage of 0.08-0.5kg per ton of pulp (initial stage) and 0.05-0.3kg per ton of pulp (air-dried) are recommended.

2. In order to control the dosage, the product can be diluted. The diluted defoamer should be used up within 2 hours.

3. The adding point of defoamer is determined according to the specific production conditions.

IV. Packaging and Storage

The product mainly contains 200 kg and 1000 kg plastic barrels.

The defoamer is suitable for storage at 5 - 35 C with a shelf life of 6 months.

Do not expose to heat or sunlight. According to the general chemical storage method, after use, the seal is ensured to avoid deterioration.
