DESCRIPTION描述

Biolube 801 is an  oily product having a vegetable  base easily mixable with water.  It has a strong

detaching action of the sheet to the yankee cylinder and lowers dust formation

It is particularly indicated for MG  and tissue papers. It avoids the adhesive action  of filming agents

and allows to control creeping.

Biolube 801是植物油机型剥离剂，在烘缸表面有着极强的剥离效果以及较少形成杂质的特性。

Biolube  801 is  made  with  FDA  approved  raw  materials  (CFR  21 176.210)  and  BfR  XXXVI

approved.

Biolube 801已经通过相关的意大利法律认证。

USE使用

Use: the  product can  be  directly  applied on  the  Yankee  cylinder’s surface  by  means  of a  proper

diluting central unit and a spraying bar.

使用：该产品通过正确的加药装置及喷淋装置后可直接喷淋在烘缸表面。

Dosage: dosage is generally between 0,2 – 0,8 Kg for ton of paper produced.

用量：每吨纸用量在 0.2-0.8kg之间。

HANDLING AND PACKAGING REGULATIONS处理及包装规定

Handling: see safety data sheet. Use main cautions which concern the use of chemical products.

Standard packaging in kg: drums of 190, tanks of 900.

标准包装：小桶 190kg，大桶 900kg。

Storage: if packages  are kept closed the product  can be stored for  12 months keeping the same

characteristics. If the product is  stored at temperatures lower than 0 °C  it may have a little deposit

on the bottom part of the package that does not change its functioning.

保存：产品密封保存的情况下可保存 12个月以上并且特性不变。如果产品在低于 0 °C下保存，底

部会有一点沉积，但是并不妨碍其功能。
